Ajay Devgn’s Taanaji Much Awaited Updates

Ajay Devgn surprised whole Nation media when he shared the first look of his upcoming epic venture ‘Taanaji : The Unsung Warrior’ on July 20th midnight. The actor, who is known for his versatility and intense performances, is all set to play the legendary Maratha warrior, Subedar Taanaji Malusare, in this historical period-drama. Taanaji was one of Chhatrapati Shivaji’s generals and a warrior par excellence. Om Raut is going to helm this prestigious project.

The latest development is that Taanaji : The Unsung Warrior will also be released in Marathi, Telugu and Tamil languages along with the original Hindi version. After the humongous success of Baahubali series, now Taanaji makers are also aiming the south Indian market for their highly-anticipated movie. Taanaji has all the elements to attract the pan-india audience and the film is expected to hit the bull’s eye.  

Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior will go on floors by February 2018. The film will be shot on a huge scale with a whooping budget of over 200 crs. Taanaji is slated to hit screens in the mid of 2019. Ajay Devgn will himself bankroll this film under Ajay Devgn FFilms banner. Currently the makers are busy with the pre-production works. More details about the cast & crew will be out soon.

For Taanaji, Ajay Devgn has already started expanding his market in the down south. His next movie Golmaal Again will also have a simultaneous Telugu release. As Golmaal Again is a out and out comedy-mass entertainer, it will surely collect great revenues at the Telugu box-office as per the trade. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Again also stars Arshad Warsi, Parineeti Chopra, Tabu and Tushaar Kapoor in other key roles.
